I. Real estate surveyors
With qualifications of RICS or China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents, those who with both are preferential;
Bachelor or above in the major of real estate, junior college is also acceptable if with rich experience or well skilled;
Two year work experience in the real estate or land assessment ;
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work in the real estate assessment business independently;
Good professional ethic and strong responsibility;
Remuneration: Subject to further discussion.
II. Surveyor assistant
Junior college or above majored in real estate (probationers acceptable);
With required real estate knowledge, good computer operation;
Good communication and understanding, good professional ethics and team spirit;
With interest for long term development in real estate assessment and consulting service.
III . Market constants
Familiar with real estate business, good social resource, good market development and business negotiation;
Two year marketing experience, those who experienced in real estate assessment and banking are preferential;
Honesty, good faith, good communication, good responsibility, positive, good understanding of customer service and public relations.
IV. Consultants
Those who with the experience of real estate consulting are preferential (feasibility study, planning);

一． 房地產估價師（若干名）
要求
* 具有RICS或中國房地產估價師執業資格，同時具有以上兩證者優先；
* 房地產相關專業大學本科及以上學歷（工作能力較強者或工作經歷豐富者，大學本科可放寬為專科）；
* 熟悉房地產、土地估價業務，具備2年以上估價工作經驗；
* 具有較好的溝通和協調能力，能夠獨立操作各物業類型的估價項目；
* 具備良好的職業道德修養，責任心強。
待遇從優：面談
二．估價師助理（若干名）
要求：
* 房地產相關專業大學專科或以上學歷（可接納實習生）；
* 具備一定的房地產專業及相關知識，熟練地電腦使用能力；
* 善於溝通，性格開朗，領悟能力強，具有良好的職業道德和團隊合作意識；
* 有意長期在房地產估價與諮詢行業發展。
三．市場部顧問（2名）
要求：
* 熟悉房地產行業，具有豐富的社會資源，較強的市場開拓和談判能力
* 兩年以上相關市場行銷工作經驗，有房地產評估，銀行等行業相關工作經驗者優先
* 為人誠實，正直，擅長與人溝通，責任心強，工作主動性高，有較強的客戶服務理念和公關能力
四．諮詢顧問
* 有房地產項目諮詢經驗優先（可行性研究，項目策劃）
